Neo Classic

Neo Classic – an optimal combination of restrained geometric shapes and elegance. Each model in this collection features unique milling. The doors from the Neo Classic collection will make a perfect accent in both residential and commercial interiors in the neoclassical style.

The door frame is made from pine timber, edge-glued along the length. It is carefully prepared by removing knots, resin pockets, and other natural wood imperfections. The core of the door is made from corrugated cardboard (which can be replaced with mineral wool for better sound insulation).

The door frame is covered with MDF sheets (9-16 mm thick) on both sides, primed, coated with seven layers of paint, and sanded between coats to ensure high coating durability. The edges of the door can be finished with an aluminum profile and painted in any RAL color.

The Neo Classic collection doors can be used in both hinged and sliding opening systems. For hinged doors, a frame with a casing and a concealed installation frame are used. The doors can open outward, inward, to the right, or to the left.

Cased frame:

• Type 1 – opens outward (outside) up to 180°.
• Type 3 – opens inward (inside) up to 90°. If the depth of the opening exceeds 85 mm, the set includes a filler strip.

Maximum door size: 2680×1100 mm.

Warranty: 12 months.

Production time:

• Concealed installation frame/painted in RAL: 14/20 days.
• Door block: 45 days.

Paint: different colors for sides A/B.

Concealed installation door frames:

• Alum Wood 40 – opens outward (outside) up to 180°.
• Universal 45 – opens outward/inward (outside/inside) up to 90°.

Sliding systems: Hafele Slido Classic 40-120P, Design 80M, Design 100S. Hinged doors are equipped with Hafele and Anselmi hinges, and an AGB Polaris magnetic lock.
