Interior doors Danapris Doors Loft M04 veneered. The standard block set includes: door leaf, coplanar frame, trim on both sides, concealed hinges, magnetic mechanism. The door leaf is made of finger-jointed pine timber with a honeycomb filling. In the Loft M04 interior doors, you can choose from over 65 types of veneer in horizontal or vertical grain orientation, as well as the color of the aluminum molding from matte chrome to any RAL color. The door leaves are made to custom sizes up to 2680x1100x40/45 mm. The sound insulation of the door block is 45 dB. Additionally, the door leaf can be equipped with a drop-down concealed threshold and mineral wool, which increases sound insulation. The door leaf can also be finished with an aluminum edge, which can be painted in any RAL color upon request. Optional accessories for the door leaf include: door closer, ventilation grille, cat door, or electronic lock. The production time for the interior doors is 45 days. Warranty is 12 months.

Type 1 – this is a door jamb made of a jointed pine timber with a width of 75 mm and a depth of 33/45 mm. Type of opening outside (right/left).The jamb is additionally equipped with an MDF casings on the front and back sides. If the depth of your wall is bigger than 85 mm, you need additionally order an extension board from 150 to 300 mm, which is cut depending on the depth of your doorway. Door jamb Type 1 is coplanar – this means that the door panel and the casings are mounted in the same plane.

Type 3 – this is a door jamb made of a jointed pine timber with a width of 75 mm and a depth of 33 mm. Type of opening inside (right/left). The jamb is additionally equipped with an MDF casings on the front and back sides. If the depth of your wall is bigger than 85 mm, you need additionally order an extension board from 150 to 300 mm, which is cut depending on the depth of your doorway. Door jamb Type 1 is coplanar – this means that the door panel and the casings are mounted in the same plane. The door frame Type 3 is compatible with a 45 mm thick door panel with a quarter.

Variants of door opening

Ukrainian door factory Danapris Doors produces 2 types of doors: hinged and sliding. Hinged doors can have opening outside or inside. Interior doors with jamb Type 3 open inside, with jamb Type 1 open outside.

Door Panel Loft

The door panels of the Loft collection are made of high-quality pine timber, finger-jointed along the length. During the preparation of the timber, all knots, resin pockets, and other imperfections typical of natural wood are carefully removed. On both sides, all parts are covered with 6 mm thick MDF sheets. After covering the frame with MDF, selected veneer sheets are applied, adding an aesthetic look and additional strength to the doors. Additionally, the panel has a honeycomb filling made of corrugated cardboard. The Loft panel can be of two types: for Frame Type 1 – the edge of the panel is flat without a rebate; for Frame Type 3 – the edge of the panel has a 12 mm rebate. Optionally, you can choose additional decoration in the form of an aluminum edge in matte chrome around the perimeter of the panel and paint it to match the frame: black, white, or according to the RAL color system.

Concealed hinges

Concealed hinges are an integral element of the design of modern interior doors. Our doors of Loft collection are equipped with concealed hinges Hafele in matt chrome, black, white Anselmi – gold or bronza colors. In Loft collection option of concealed hinge with a closer is available.

Lock

Magnetic lock in Loft collection is from Italian brand AGB Polaris in matt chrome color. Additionally client can order lock in black, white, gold or bronze color. The lock is installed in the door panel without a cylinder and WC-panel, but customers will be able to order these options for an additional fee.
