1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:
1.1.1. “Administration of the website of the company “DANAPRIS DOORS STUDIO” (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) – employees authorized to manage the website https://danaprisdoors.com.ua, who organize and process personal data, as well as determine the purpose of processing personal data, the set of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information that relates directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (User of the website of the company “DANAPRIS DOORS STUDIO”), left by him on the website https://danaprisdoors.com.ua.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to non-disclosure and ensure the protection of the Confidentiality of personal data that the Website User provides about himself using online forms and software modules of the site, including full name, phone number and email address.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the Website User by:

• filling out the “Feedback” forms and clicking the “Send” button on the company’s website

3.3. 6.2. Personal data of the Website User are destroyed at the request of the Website User himself, based on his request, or on the initiative of the Website Administration without explanation by deleting the information posted by the Website User by the Website Administration.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The website user is obliged to:
7.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the website of the company “DANAPRIS DOORS STUDIO” (https://danaprisdoors.com.ua).
7.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes to this information.
7.2. The website administration is obliged to:
7.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purpose specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the Website User, and not sold, exchanged, distributed or disclosed by other possible means of transferring the Website User’s personal data, except for clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2.3. 7.2.4. Block personal data related to the website corresponding to the User, from the moment of the application or request of the Website User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1. The website administration is liable for losses incurred by the Website User in connection with the improper use of his personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2. and 8.2. of this Privacy Policy.
8.2. The website administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if the information:

• Became public domain until lost or disclosed.
• Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
• Disclosed with the consent of the Website User.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. Before filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim: a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute, sent to the address specified in the “Contacts” section (https://danaprisdoors.com.uacontacts) on the website https://danaprisdoors.com.ua of the company “DANAPRIS DOORS STUDIO”.
9.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.
9.3. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

10.1. This Privacy Policy may be amended or terminated by the Website Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the Website User. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the website https://danaprisdoors.com.ua of the company “DANAPRIS DOORS STUDIO”, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
10.2. The current Privacy Policy is posted on the “Privacy Policy” page (https://danaprisdoors.com.ua/politika-konfidentsijnosti/) on the website https://danaprisdoors.com.ua of the company “DANAPRIS DOORS STUDIO”.
