Alum Premium 55 is an aluminum box for concealed installation under a 55 mm door leaf. The depth of the Alum Premium 55 box is 41/53 mm. The width of the box is 55 mm. The opening type is external (right/left). The box is equipped with a seal.

Door opening options

The Ukrainian door factory Danapris Doors produces 2 types of doors: hinged and sliding. Hinged doors can open towards themselves (Outside) or away from themselves (Inside). The doors also open to the right and left. Interior doors on the Alum Premium 55 frame are universal with opening inwards and outwards.

 

Alum Premium canvas

The frame of the Alum Premium collection canvas is made of aluminum. The frame is covered with two 6 mm MDF sheets. Additionally, the canvas has a honeycomb filling made of corrugated cardboard. The end of the Alum Premium canvas has a step (quarter) of 12 mm. Also, optionally, you can paint the box and end in: black, white or RAL color.

Hidden curtains

Hidden hinges are an integral design element of modern interior doors. Custom-made doors in the basic Danapris Doors package are equipped with hidden hinges from Hafele or Otlav in matte chrome. For black and white frames, the factory optionally offers hidden hinges from Otlav in black and white. For the Alum Premium collection, an option of a hidden hinge with a puller is available.

 

Castle

The Alum Premium magnetic lock for interior doors in the basic configuration is from the Italian brand AGB Polaris in matte chrome. Optionally, it is possible to choose a lock in black, white, gold or bronze. The lock is mounted in the leaf without a cylinder and WC latch, but customers can order these options for an additional fee.

What is the price of concealed installation doors?

The price of primed doors for concealed installation consists of: door frame, door leaf, number of hinges, lock.
The cost of a door unit depends on the overall dimensions of the leaf. The leaf can be standard sizes – 2000×600/700/800 mm, and individual with a height of more than 2 meters. A surcharge for size is charged for individual doors. The size of the leaf directly affects the number of hinges. In the standard size, their number is 2-3 pieces. In individual sizes, their number is from 3 to 6 pieces. The price is affected by the color of the hinges and the lock.
Additionally, the price is affected by the number of additional options that can be applied to the Alum Premium collection. Namely: adding aluminum cladding, painting the box and cladding in RAL, milling the sample for plaster, installing a drop-down threshold and stopper.

Do you install concealed doors?

We do it this way, but with our own products The Ukrainian factory Danapris Doors provides a hidden door installation service. The installation service is additional and is not included in the price of the door unit, and is paid for as a separate service. Installation services are provided by highly qualified specialists with many years of work experience. Who have undergone training at the factory and can professionally install doors according to factory standards.

Do you deliver and what is the cost?

Danapris Doors delivers to all controlled regions of Ukraine and abroad. Except for uncontrolled territory and the Russian Federation. The cost of delivery is not included in the cost of the door unit and is calculated as a separate service per unit. Delivery means the delivery of the door unit from the company’s warehouse or dealers to the installation site. The cost of delivery is calculated depending on the place of delivery to the entrance door or house. If necessary, the skidding, lifting to the floor is additionally charged. The cost of delivery is discussed with the manager at the order stage and is prescribed as a separate service in the order

The production time is regulated by the contract, which specifies the rights and obligations of the parties and sanctions in case of violation of the terms of the contract.
