The refund procedure is regulated by the contract for the supply and performance of works.
A refund is possible in the following cases:
If the client ordered interior doors with dimensions of 600×2000, 700×2000, 800×2000, which are available, and these doors were not mounted in the doorway, and there is no physical damage to the door leaf, door frame, hidden hinges, lock and packaging.
To request a refund, the client contacts the manager of the salon where he was served, or the hotline at the number indicated on the website, but no later than 14 calendar days from the moment the goods
were shipped. The manager must provide the client with a return form, which is filled out by hand. A scanned copy or photocopy, together with the cashier’s receipt, is sent to the email address info@danaprisdoors.com.ua.
The application is approved within 3 business days, and the manager notifies the client. After that, the funds are transferred to the client’s account within 3 banking days, minus the costs associated with the logistical movement of the goods.
Internal doors of individual sizes are not subject to exchange and return and are regulated by the contract for supply and performance of works.
Door handles are subject to exchange.
Exchange procedure:
Client contacts the manager of the salon where he purchased the door handles, or the hotline. When contacting, he indicates the reason and accompanies the application with photo or video confirmation of the defect. All information is sent to the email
address info@danaprisdoors.com.ua. The application for exchange is considered within 3 days. In case of a positive decision, the seller places an order with the supplier,
and the client returns the goods to be exchanged to the salon.
If an identical door handle is available, the exchange is carried out within 7 working days. If the handle is not in the supplier’s warehouse, the period depends on the supplier, but no more than 90 calendar days.
